How do I return a product?

It is very simple. Our return policy is fifteen (15) calendar days from when you receive your package.

What is required to make a return?

The product must be in the same state as it was delivered, and its original packaging and label must be preserved as much as possible.

The delivery must be in the same box or envelope as we delivered to you, or if it is faulty it must be in a similar format that ensures that it is returned in good condition.

A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, on which the returned products should be marked.

Who pays for return deliveries?

If the reason for return is due to something that we have not done well (the product is faulty, it is not what you ordered, etc.), we will cover the cost of collection. If it is for another reason (the products were sent correctly but they are not to your liking), aSabor will pay the cost for the products, excluding the costs of return which will be covered by the customer.
